Shipping Policy

Furbelo ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Shipping costs

Orders of $35 or more: free standard shipping
Orders under $35: flat $4.99

Delivery time, counted from the day you order

Fast Delivery items: 6-12 business days (1-3 business days to process + 5-9 business days of shipping from a supplier warehouse in the United States)
All other items: 6-15 business days (1-3 business days to process + 5-12 business days of shipping from our supplier's warehouse outside the US, usually in China)

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Each product page shows the estimated delivery time and where the item ships from. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive in separate packages.

Where your order ships from

Furbelo is an online-only store and a trading name of FOP Liudmyla Konosh, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. We do not hold stock ourselves; orders are shipped directly to you by our third-party suppliers, from warehouses in the United States (Fast Delivery items) or outside the US, usually in China (all other items).

Duties and taxes

US import duties are included in our prices, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay an import fee on a Furbelo order, email us and we will reimburse it. Sales tax is added at checkout only where required by law.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

Address changes and cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us with your order number. After that the order has usually been handed to our supplier and can no longer be modified.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the package has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
