Shipping Policy

Furbelo ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Shipping costs

Orders of $35 or more: free standard shipping
Orders under $35: flat $4.99

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Standard delivery takes 5-12 business days from the day the order ships. Items are dispatched from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

Address changes and cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us with your order number. After that the order has usually been handed to our fulfilment partner and can no longer be modified.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the package has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
