Furbelo is a small online-only store for everyday dog and cat gear. We pick practical things that solve real problems at home: harnesses that stop pulling, fountains cats actually drink from, grooming tools that keep fur off the couch.

How orders are fulfilled
We do not hold stock ourselves. When you place an order, it is packed and shipped directly to you by our third-party suppliers:
- Fast Delivery items (marked on the product page and collected in our Fast Delivery collection) ship from supplier warehouses in the United States. Estimated delivery: 6-12 business days from your order (1-3 days to process, then 5-9 days of shipping).
- All other items ship from our suppliers' warehouses outside the US, usually in China. Estimated delivery: 6-15 business days from your order (1-3 days to process, then 5-12 days of shipping).
US import duties are included in our prices, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay an import fee on a Furbelo order, email us and we will reimburse it. Every order gets a tracking number by email. Items in one order may come from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Our promises
- Prices in US dollars. Shipping is free on orders over $35, otherwise a flat $4.99.
- 30 days to return an item. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded without sending them back. Return shipping costs for other returns are explained up front in our Refund Policy.
- Product descriptions list only what the manufacturer specifies. We do not make health or veterinary claims.
- A real person answers every email at hello@furbelo.com within one business day, Monday to Friday.
