Returns and Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy with every Furbelo order. If something is wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to ship the item back.

Changed your mind

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive the item, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Size exchanges

Harnesses and collars in the wrong size can be exchanged once, free of charge, within 30 days of delivery.

Order not received

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, we will resend it or refund you in full.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that the order has usually been handed to our fulfilment partner and can no longer be changed.
